How items are shipped/arrival estimates
Paper items like stickers and small prints are sent via stamped envelope without tracking.
All other items are sent via packages with tracking numbers that you will receive when an order has been shipped.
I send out orders once a week in bulk for non-preorder items. For domestic packages (USA) expect items to arrive within a week of receiving your tracking number. International orders can take 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on your country, but may take longer due to customs and other factors out of my control such as covid-19. Once you have received a tracking number, if you are concerned about a shipment please contact USPS before me, as it is out of my hands once it has shipped!

International shipping
Unfortunately, for the time being, I cannot ship to the UK or EU due to VAT.
I do offer international shipping to countries outside of the US!
Things like international shipping fees or restrictions to certain countries are out of my control. I ship through USPS, so I may not be able to ship to you if your country is included in the USPS Suspension List.
If I am unable to ship to you due to shipping restrictions and suspensions, I will fully refund your purchase.
Refund & Return policy
All sales are final. Please double check that your information is correct before placing orders.
Please contact me for items that are received damaged or incomplete/incorrect orders!
Once you have received a tracking number, the status of your package is out of my hands unless it is returned to me-- please contact your local post office first for tracking updates and concerns.
Address changes/errors-
If your address needs changing before items have been shipped out, please let me know!
I will contact you if your order returns to me for any reason. If your item is returned to me and needs to be reshipped because you entered your shipping address incorrectly, you are responsible for the additional shipping cost. Thank you for understanding!
